Kadavar - Black Sun

Time to shake some life into "Weekly Album" which has lain in hibernation during the summer while we have been busy elsewhere. Today we turn our attention to Germany and Berlin, where we find the psychedelic, progressive rock band Kadavar.

This weeks album will certainly appeal to the classic hardrock audience. A band that following the stream of bands like Graveyard or Witchcraft with the best quality possible. The music is riff-driven and guitar heavy rock with a bundle of doom feelings all packaged nicely and controlled, this compact mass is then filtered through the classic 1x4 Melitta filter to get the psychedelic 70's century feel. It is filled with skill and knowledge and the trio is well-suited team that sings about Wizzards and Lucifer. And yes, the fact that we’ve heard this kind of music before. But their music sound is converted in such way that you get hooked directly, you can hear the band really have given their all to create what they love most. Superb.

This is a record of hard rock fans who like the 70s happy days. I like this Vinyl record, incredibly entertaining with good rocking in the songs.

Kadavar consisting of:
Wolf Lindemann - Vocals/ Guitar, Mammut - Rivoli and Tiger - Drums.

Kadavars self-tited album is released on the excellent "Tee Pee Records".

You can’t reinvent the wheel, but you can roll it!
